Shipping Policy – Al’s Gym

We aim to get your gear out to you as quickly and reliably as possible. We're a small, independent UK store, not a warehouse giant—so while we pack fast, we’re not Amazon-speed. Here’s how it works:

Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Fri) are usually packed and sent same day.

  • Orders placed after 1pm or over the weekend are dispatched next working day.

  • We do not currently offer next-day or guaranteed delivery options.

Delivery Options

We primarily ship via InPost (including lockers and tracked services), with backup options like Royal Mail and other couriers when needed.

  • InPost UK: Usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.

  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked (when used): 2–3 working days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping: Coming soon. If you're outside the UK, please email us.

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

InPost Deliveries – Important Notes

InPost is reliable, but:

  • Delivery can take a few days depending on location and locker availability.

  • Make sure your mobile number and email are correct at checkout—you’ll need these to collect from lockers.

  • If there are issues collecting, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.

Delivery Costs

  • UK orders: Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and service.

  • Free delivery may be offered on selected bundles or promotions – keep an eye on our homepage or socials.

Delays

We’re not responsible for delays once the parcel is with the courier (especially during peak periods), but we’ll always support you in chasing them up if something goes wrong.
