Refund & Returns Policy – Al’s Gym

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return most unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Thai wellness items (e.g. balms, liniments, soaps) must be unopened and sealed for hygiene reasons.

To start a return, please email hello@alsgym.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with a returns address and simple instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

You can return items using InPost or any courier of your choice with tracking. We recommend using tracked services, as we can’t refund lost parcels.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 working days for it to appear on your statement.
